Hi! I'm calciume! I am 20 years old. My special interest is basically anything computers. Specifically Linux, online privacy and data security!

I got into online privacy as a means of protest. I hated feeling constantly marketed to and manipulated. Just saying "I dont have anything to hide" just didn't sit right with me.

I made this website partly to practice my web design skills but also because I am facinated with the old internet! It's so depressing that everything is so commercialized and marketed in our modern internet. I think its very important (at least to me :3) to have my own little piece of the internet I can call home. I want to contribute to bringing the old web back! I also just believe in what Neocities is trying to promote and how they are changing the web. I respect it and the people running it greatly.

I also play a fair amount of indie games like Terraria, Minecraft (does that count as an indie game?), Binding of Isaac, Enter the Gungeon, A Hat in Time, and Rimworld.
