This morning my alarm seemingly did not go off. I woke up at 8:00 exactly which is when my sisters were supposed to be at the bus stop. We narrowly avoided missing the bus. I spent the morning working on the RSS feed a bit more and eventually got it so that the w3c RSS validator thing would stop yelling at me. Eventually I succeeded and now I have a 100% compliant RSS feed! (edit: not anymore lol)

I really should do my mental health a favor and stop watching true crime videos. Seeing the amount of evil other people are capable of is something I’m probably better off remaining blissfully ignorant about. Also, stories about people who loved life getting murdered while somebody like me who vaguely tolerates life on their best days gets to continue living is just a very depressing thought.

So good-ish news. My step-dad helped me get my hunk of junk car working. Sort of. We were able to get it running for a little bit before it crapped out again due to the battery dying. We also pumped up one of the tires which was flat. We were able to get it running long enough to move the car so that it’s less in the way which is what my step-dad wanted. We’re gonna hook up a car battery charger to it tomorrow morning and it should charge it to full. If it still craps out after that then I’ll need to get a new battery for it. The battery in it is pretty new so that’d suck if I had to get another one. But, making the car move is step one. It’ll need new tires and a new exhaust (expensive!) but hopefully my isolation can finally be over soon.

It reeks of death and decay in there by the way. I had to air the car out for a bit.
