Didn’t get any sleep. Been feeling very depressed which sometimes makes it harder to sleep or easier depending on my mood. I had my dentist appointment at 8:00. They pulled out the temporary filling in my mouth and put the permanent one in. It feels much more like an actual tooth although it feels quite smooth but I assume that will change over time. My next appointment is on the 13th. They’re going to do some x-rays and a cleaning just to make sure there are no other issues. I’m just glad that shitty temporary filling is gone.
