So I guess this US Tiktok ban went through. Even though I don’t like Tiktok I’m not happy about the ban. It’s clear as day to me that if they get away with banning Tiktok they will ban other things too and internet censorship is bad regardless of the service being banned. Seems like Trump wants to bring Tiktok back once he is in office which is good because I don’t want to see the internet getting censored just because the government doesn’t like that companies outside of the US can do gross amounts of data harvesting on their users lol. If the government gave a shit about our “safety” or whatever they said they wanted to ban Tiktok for, they would go after the big tech companies in the US.

I’m thinking today on my day off work I am going to refactor my about page and make it VA-11 Hall-a themed! I almost did that with the diary but I just opted for using music from the game instead. Time to go grab some assets from the game.

Instead of doing that I ended up playing Terraria instead :) Its been years since I played Terraria singleplayer, I have always played Terraria with a friend but it’s been fun to play by myself. Terraria is like a peak comfort game for me and I love it for that. Even with probably a collective 1k hours in the game I never get bored of it. I’ve never played the game modded with the exception of the Magic Storage mod. For some reason I really like the rain in Terraria! It’s just really comforting and I really like the music when it rains. It’s not like Minecraft where rain is just annoying. I just love rain and it is probably my favorite part of the game Rain World, how rain goes from calm and relaxing to deadly and absolutely terrifying. I gotta finish that game someday but damn is it hard!

Been slowly working on refactoring the about page! I’ve been watching somebody on Discord stream Fallout: New Vegas while I work on it…Getting distracted a lot while I work on this but that’s okay. I made some progress I think I’m just gonna go play Terraria again-
